The company is located in the industrially and economically developed area of China-Jiangyin
Jiangsu, which is about 100 km away from Shanghai through the Yanjiang Expressway.
The company covers an area of 72,000 sq. meters, with a construction area of 35,000 sq. meters. It produces and sells 200 million tire valves, 500 million valve cores, and 80 million pieces of other accessories
and tools annually. It has a huge capacity with a complete range of products, besides, it can design, develop and produce some special products.
The company emphasizes technological innovation and scientific management. The production of the valve
cores and tire valves has realized automatic operation with monitoring in all processes, and the ERP information
management platform established since 2010 covers sa[es, purchasing, production, quality, inventory, human resources, attendances and assessment.
The company has obtained the certificate of ISO/TS16949 management system through LRQA since 2006. With the follow-up and update of the management system, the PREMIER brand has been rewarded as Jiangsu Famous Trademark, and the Premier Valve Cores were awarded as Jiangsu Famous Product.
